Starting a new language journey can raise many questions. We're here to make the process as simple as possible! These are the top 5 most asked questions:
How do I know what English level I am?
We require a quick, one-hour in-person assessment to accurately check your four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) and ensure you are placed in the best class for your goals.
Do I have to be a Canadian permanent resident or citizen to take courses with you?
No! All are welcome, regardless of your immigration status. Whether you are a permanent resident, refugee, visa holder, or just visiting.
What is my CLB level?
The CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) is the official Canadian standard (12 levels) used for immigration and citizenship. Our assessment will help you determine your approximate level.
I am applying to schools in Canada. Do I take CELPIP or IELTS?
For Canadian schools, the Academic IELTS is the most widely accepted test. We strongly recommend allowing 6 months for preparation.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We offer a full refund within the first week of classes if you find the lessons are not a good fit. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
